These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.flameforceagency.com and any related pages or subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Flame Force Agency Ltd (“Flame Force”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional terms, guidelines, or rules posted in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You represent that you have authority and capacity to accept these Terms and that you are at least 18 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if applicable).
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
1. Access to the Site
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.1 Certain Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
(a) sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or any content on it;
(b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site;
(c) access the Site to build a similar or competitive website;
(d) copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Site in any form or by any means except as expressly permitted in these Terms;
(e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such change, interruption, or termination.
1.2 Support
We have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Site.
1.3 Ownership
Except for User Content (defined below), all intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its content are owned by Flame Force or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights, title, or interest in any intellectual property other than the limited licence above. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
2. User Content
“User Content” means any information or content that you submit or upload to the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and you assume all risks associated with it. You confirm that your User Content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy below and that you have all rights necessary to submit it.
We are not obliged to back up User Content, and User Content may be deleted at any time without notice. You should retain your own backups.
2.1 Licence You Grant to Us
You grant Flame Force a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, edit, and otherwise use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Site and our services. You irrevocably waive any moral rights you may have in such User Content to the extent permitted by law.
2.2 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content that:
(i) infringes any intellectual property or proprietary right;
(ii) is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, libellous, pornographic, obscene, or offensive;
(iii) promotes discrimination, hatred, or harm;
(iv) is harmful to minors; or
(v) violates any law, regulation, or obligations to third parties.
You also agree not to:
(i) upload malware or code intended to damage or alter systems or data;
(ii) send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotions, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or duplicative messages;
(iii) harvest or collect data about users without consent;
(iv) interfere with or disrupt networks or security of the Site;
(v) attempt unauthorised access (e.g., password mining);
(vi) harass or interfere with another user’s use of the Site;
(vii) use bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to create accounts or generate automated requests.
We may review User Content and take action at our discretion, including removal, suspension, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.
2.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you assign to Flame Force all rights in such feedback. Feedback is non-confidential and non-proprietary.
2.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flame Force and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of law; or (d) your User Content.
3. Third-Party Links & Ads; Other Users
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services and may display third-party content or advertisements (“Third-Party Links & Ads”). We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, any Third-Party Links & Ads. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
Each user is solely responsible for their own User Content. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from interactions between users. Disputes between users are solely between those users.
4. Cookies

5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption; and
our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site and these Terms shall not exceed £50.
Your access to and use of the Site is at your own risk.
7. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to access the Site ceases immediately and your User Content may be deleted from live systems. Sections that by their nature should survive (including §§2, 3, 5–10) will survive termination.
8. Copyright & IP Complaints (UK Notice-and-Takedown)
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please email info@flameforceagency.com with:
your name and contact details;
a description of the work you claim is infringed;
the URL or description of the allegedly infringing content;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and
a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We may remove or disable access to the content and, where appropriate, contact the uploader.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If you continue using the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers residing elsewhere in the UK or EU may benefit from any mandatory protections and may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
11. Electronic Communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., via the Site or email), and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
12. Entire Agreement; Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time. The word “including” means “including without limitation”. Section headings are for convenience only.
