To use our Services or apply to join Flame Force as a creator, you must:

Have an active TikTok account that complies with TikTok’s terms and community guidelines.
Agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or communicating with us.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use our Services in any way that violates applicable UK laws or TikTok policies.
Share or distribute harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

4. Creator Relationships
Creators who join Flame Force Agency agree to additional terms under a Creator Agreement, which covers commissions, performance expectations, and compliance with TikTok’s Live Agency Program.
Creators are responsible for:
Maintaining professional conduct on all live streams and social media accounts.
Following TikTok’s community guidelines and monetisation rules.
Providing accurate account data for verification and payment purposes.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend creators who violate these terms, show inactivity, or damage the agency’s reputation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, and materials on our website or within our Services are owned by Flame Force Agency Ltd or used under licence.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
If you are featured or promoted by Flame Force, you grant us permission to use your name, image, and content (e.g. screenshots, performance stats) for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
6. Payments and Earnings
Creators may earn commission or payments through TikTok Live gifts, campaigns, or brand deals arranged by Flame Force.
All payments are handled according to the Creator Agreement and are subject to TikTok’s payout structure.
We are not responsible for:
Payment delays caused by TikTok or third-party platforms.
Incorrect payment details provided by the creator.
Tax reporting or declarations — creators are responsible for their own tax compliance.
7. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website and community may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Discord, or affiliate sites).
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external platforms. Use them at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flame Force Agency Ltd and its team shall not be liable for any:
Loss of income, reputation, or data arising from your use of our Services;
Errors or interruptions caused by third-party platforms like TikTok;
Indirect or consequential damages.
